This year was the first time we celebrated Christmas in San Francisco, complete with Christmas tree, stockings, Christmas music, cookie making and present opening. I was hoping to take a hay ride out to cut down our own tree but we opted for the Christmas tree lot down the street from our house. Max made decorations for our tree and for each of his family members in Minnesota. We celebrated on December 15 because Max and I left for our Minnesota Christmases on the 16th.

Max isn't used to Minnesota winters so he only lasts about 20 mins. outside. A few times he started crying just walking out the door or sitting in a cold car.
