Day 1 explored the beach, swam in the pool and walked the town. |
I really didn't need to see this at the beach first thing I think he was dead but still |
Day 2 took a long boat tour around Ko Sumai stopped for lunch and did some snorkeling/swimming |
Day 3 hiked to a Buddhist Temple Then caught a ferry to Koh Phangan |
checked into Kupu Kupu Resort swam in our pool rented a scooter to explore the town ($50 for 5 days) and a highlight of the trip |

Day 4 3 hour hike to Khao Ra (highest peak on Koh Phangan) |
We scootered up the west side of the island stopping at several beaches but enjoyed Mae Haad the most |
Day 5 Boat tour to Angthong National Park 1 stop to snorkel and 1 stop to hike |
Day 6 Took a local bike tour (w/family from Denmark) coconut factory rubber tree farm temple lunch markets |
After the bike tour we went to Haad Rin (beach) amazing waves at the town of the full moon parties |
Day 7 Ole's beach tour Thong Nai Pan Than Sadet Thong Reng (Max's choice because it was the smallest beach on map) |

Day 8 Family Mart for snacks Bottle Beach hike The only way to this beach is a 2 mile hike or a boat ride |
too many little stingers in the water so we had lunch and took a boat taxi out |
On to Malibu beach |
pulled over to watch a monkey pick ripe coconuts for the coconut factory |
Stopped on the way home to SUP Max is very very good now |
Ended the day and our last night in Koh Phangan at the hotel pool Then out on the town for dinner |
